HEY, I’M BRE! YOUR SOUTHERN SEXPERT.

I’m a Certified Sexologist from Texas with over three years of experience as a sex educator, sex and relationship coach, and adolescent health specialist. With a background in Psychology and advanced training in Clinical Sexology and Sexual Health Education, my approach is centered on working with underserved and undervalued communities.

Asé Sexual Wellness Co. is a brand dedicated to redefining sexual health, with a unique and empowering focus on pleasure-centered wellness for women. Embracing the powerful concept of "Asé," a term derived from Yoruba culture symbolizing the power to make things happen and produce change, the brand embodies empowerment, wellness, and pleasure in every aspect of sexual experience.

I started my journey of healing from sexual shame. As a young black girl in the South, I  grew up heavily in church and was taught to feel ashamed of my natural curvy body and sexual curiosity. These feelings followed into adulthood where I led a life full of unhealthy habits and toxic relationships, believing that other’s pleasure mattered more than mine. Sound familiar?

My curiosity led to a lifelong love for learning about sex, and sexual health and a passion for helping others do the same. I believe that everyone deserves to experience a pleasurable and healthy sex life—whether that’s solo or with a partner. So I created a safe, intentional space to do just that!

Through informed, intentional guidance, I help clients navigate their sexual wellness journey with confidence. My philosophy is deeply rooted in representation, inclusion, and sex positivity. I’m committed to assisting people to build satisfying, empowered relationships with themselves and others.
